What’s the Catch?

So…what’s the catch?

There are none.

Credit Checks? – No! We do check your land registry to ensure you are the home owner. To cover ourselves we will take a removable restriction onto your property. This is to notify us if or when you sell your property if its before the end of your contract.

As a tenant, what about the landlord? – Our contract must be signed by the property owner, so your landlord will need to approve this.

And if I sell? – you will need to pay the balance of the contract off with your house sale proceedings.

What’s the process? – After receiving your application form and we complete our land registry checks, we will call you to conduct a survey. This takes up to a week. Once the survey is completed, we will send you our recommendations for the boiler and any additional costs involved to remove and fit your new boiler. These costs can be included in your monthly payment spread over 10 years.

How long does it take to fit? – Our skilled, qualified gas engineers can usually do this in a day.

Call out repairs and servicing. – Your boiler will be serviced every year. We call you for an appointment. If you have an issue our call out is usually within 24 hours.
